Keep the clan's shared money in one place. Tie every entry to a fund, a member and an event. Split the share across the roster at the end of the night.
Every entry is booked to a fund. The fund's net and the share pool show separately.
Shared income and expenses booked to the clan bank are netted day by day.
List the members who get a cut of the night. Stake is the member's share weight. Leave stakes equal if everyone gets the same.
Splits the net positive balance in the bank across the roster by stake. If you confirm, the amount is booked to the bank as an expense.
Income entries marked "add to share pool" collect here. This amount goes to the Pay Assistant.

Clan money usually lives in one person's head. Who gave what, what was spent, what's left for the night — nobody knows. This page fixes that. Write every movement: which fund, which event, which member.
The amount comes from two fields: qty × unit price. For a single line leave qty at 1 and put the total in unit price.
The fund field separates the money. What's saved for war doesn't mix with what's saved for upgrades. The share pool works separately: only income marked "add to share pool" goes in. Even if the general net is positive, only that marked amount goes to the share.
Add members to the roster and give stakes. The distribution divides the net bank by total stake: 1 stake = net ÷ total stake (rounded down). A member's cut = 1 stake × the member's stake. Pick a server and the approximate ₺ value of the net shows too; the rate comes from the GB prices.
- When the night ends enter one entry: "BDW income", event BDW.
- Book pot and BUS costs as expenses, put who they were spent for in the member field.
- Fill the added-by field. Later it's clear who entered what.
- When editing an entry the editor's name is required; the change goes into the history.
- Set war money aside in the "War Fund" so it isn't spent by accident.
