Privacy Notice
What data this site processes, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The site is operated from Türkiye; this notice applies to every visitor.
- No accounts. We don't ask for a name, e-mail or phone number.
- One cookie: visitor measurement. And it only loads if you accept; if you decline, not a single request goes out.
- No ad tracking. No pixels, no remarketing, no third-party ad scripts; ad personalisation is off in the measurement.
- Your tool records stay in your browser. Ledger, inventory, character build — none of it goes to the server.
- The server logs keep only your IP address and request details, and only for 14 days.
Data controller
This site is operated by UcuzaGB (ucuzagb.com). The single contact address for anything about your personal data: ucuzagb@gmail.com.
What data we process
1. Server logs
On every visit the web server writes the following to a file:
- your IP address
- date and time
- the address you opened and the result of the request (status code, bytes sent)
- the page you came from (referrer)
- browser and operating system details (user-agent)
Purpose: keeping the site running, debugging, detecting attacks and abuse. Legal basis: KVKK art. 5/2-f — legitimate interest. Retention: logs rotate daily and are deleted automatically after 14 days.
We don't match these logs to your identity; there is no name, account or membership to match them to.
2. Anvil simulator contributions
When you share an attempt result on the Anvil page, the server receives: which level was attempted from and to, whether it succeeded, whether Trina was used, and the item name. This goes into aggregate statistics; who sent it is not stored.
Your IP address is used in that request only for rate limiting — to stop one person sending hundreds of records a second. It is held in memory, deleted after one minute, and never written to disk.
Whatever you type in the item name field is shown on the site. Don't put a character name or personal details there.
3. When you e-mail us
If you write to the address on the contact page, your e-mail address and what you wrote reach us and are kept for the duration of the exchange. Since the address is a Gmail account, the message is also processed on Google's mail infrastructure. Legal basis: being able to answer your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c and art. 5/2-f).
Data that stays in your browser
Ledger, clan bank, inventory, character build, market tracking, font size, selected server — all of these live in your browser's local storage (localStorage). They are not sent to the server, we have no access to them, and they are not backed up. They are lost if you clear your browser data or delete them from the screen on the Cookie Policy page.
Who we share it with
We don't sell data, don't pass it on for marketing, and don't connect it to an ad network. There are a few exceptions:
- Hosting provider. The site runs on a server; the server logs sit on that server's disk.
- Google (Analytics). Only if you accept. If you do, while your visit is counted your IP address (truncated), the page you opened and the source you came from are sent to Google. If you don't accept, that connection is never made. You can withdraw your decision at any time from the Cookie preferences button.
- Twitch. If you type a channel name into the giveaway wheel or the streamer poll tool, your browser connects directly to Twitch's chat server. You start that connection and your IP address goes to Twitch. The connection is anonymous, needs no Twitch account, and we don't store chat content. If you don't type a channel name, no such connection is made.
If a legal obligation arises (a court or authority request), server logs may be shared. There is no other transfer.
Transfers abroad
If you accept measurement, visit data is transferred to Google (abroad). That transfer rests on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 9: saying "I accept" on the consent bar is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. If you decline, no data goes abroad.
Beyond that we use no service that transfers data abroad: no ad network, no external fonts, no external CDN — every file, fonts included, comes from our own server. The other exceptions are the Twitch connection described above and your e-mailing us.
How to exercise your rights
KVKK art. 11 gives you these rights: to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to have it corrected if incomplete or wrong, to have it deleted where the conditions are met, and to claim compensation if you have suffered damage.
Send your request to ucuzagb@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
If this notice changes
If anything changes in how the site handles data, this page is updated. Effective date: 2 September 2026.
The only cookie is visitor measurement, and it does not load until you accept. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.
The Cookie Policy page has the full list of what is kept in your browser.
