We usually reply within 1-2 days. Putting what it's about in the subject line makes things move faster. Turkish or English, either is fine.
Copyright and takedown requests
If there is content on the site that you believe belongs to you or to the organisation you represent, you can ask for it to be taken down. To assess the request we need you to write:
- The exact address of the content on the site (copying and pasting the link is enough).
- Which content it is; if there is more than one on the page, which one you mean.
- Who the rights holder is and your relationship to the rights holder.
- An e-mail address we can reach you at.
Once the request reaches us we review the content and take it down if the request is justified. We don't run a complicated process; our aim is not to use anyone's rights.
Trademarks and game content
Knight Online and Rise Online are trademarks of their respective companies. UcuzaGB is an independent guide site; it has no official ties to the game companies, the sellers listed or any server. Game names, server names and site names are used for identification only.
About the prices
The prices in the tables are read from the sellers' own pages at regular intervals. We don't broker sales, we don't buy or sell GB, and we take no commission. Prices are for information; confirm on the seller's own page before you buy. We are not a party to any dispute between you and a seller.
If you are a site whose price is shown wrong, or one that doesn't want to be listed at all, write to us; we'll correct or remove it.
Advertising
The spaces at the sides of the page are reserved for ads. The price and guide pages are followed daily by players who buy and sell GB. E-mail us to discuss terms.
Reporting a mistake
If you've seen a wrong price, a calculator that doesn't work, or a guide that is missing or out of date, let us know. Saying which page it's on and what you expected is enough.
- Order problems: if something went wrong with your GB order, you need to write to the site you bought from. We don't sell, and we have no access to your order.
- Account problems: game accounts, bans, passwords and the like are the game company's business; there is nothing we can do.
- Price offers: you can't sell GB to us or buy GB from us. You need to contact the sellers in the table directly.
