What is Knight Royale?
A battle royale mode: everyone on the battlefield starts with equal strength and the same items, and the fight goes on until a single player is left alive. The game also tells you that in this area you use Knight Royale's own stats, inventory and equipment; your own gear does not count.
The battlefield is called Pathos Battlegrounds. The game's big map marks the gas zones 1 to 5; you can see it on the Pathos map.
It is a rotating event: it has no fixed calendar and runs for set periods. The latest run was announced on 20 August 2026.
How do you join Knight Royale?
- Twice a day, at 16:00 and 21:30 Turkey time, a window appears on your screen; press "Join".
- Registration lasts 10 minutes, then the players are pulled onto the battlefield.
- For now the first 160 players to press "Join" fight on two separate maps.
- Leave at least one free slot in your bag before you go in. Players who enter with a full bag get no Soul Gems at the end.
Starting kit and rules
- Everyone starts at level 1 and levels up by killing players and monsters. Levelling also raises your max HP, max MP, attack and defence.
- You start with one small potion, an old bow, an old sword, 15 arrows and two skills limited to 30 uses. Put your weapons and skills on the skill bar.
- You can carry at most 9 different items in your bag.
- You cannot see the drop in an enemy's health bar.
- Players start at random spots on the map. With 40 or more players the battle starts from gas zone 1; with fewer than 40 it starts from zone 3.
- Gas starts to spread 3 minutes after the battle begins and moves from zone 1 towards zone 5 every 180 seconds. A warning appears when you step into the gas, and your screen turns purple while it damages you.
- Track the gas and the chest locations on the minimap and the countdown. The game also prints a chest's coordinates when it appears.
Chests and monsters
Gift of Pathos chests appear at certain spots on the map at set intervals; find one and you get items. Killing the monsters on the battlefield also gives items, potions and arrows.

Each armour set has five pieces: Helm, Pauldron, Pants, Boots and Gauntlets. Everything you pick up on the battlefield is deleted when the event ends.

Mithril and Pathos' Delegate
The Craft icon in the right corner of the screen upgrades the top-tier weapons: Greatsword (63 AP) + Mithril = Mithril Greatsword (84 AP), Composite Bow (30 AP) + Mithril =
After gas zone 3 is active, a boss called Pathos' Delegate appears and keeps moving between zones 4 and 5; the game shows its current coordinates. Killing it drops Mithril Ingot and High Level Holy Water at a certain chance, and the killer gets an attack buff for 3 minutes.

The 700-Soul-Gem Anniversary Emblem has no stats. The Solar Messenger title gives +16 AP and +16 defence; the condition is "Deliver 900 Soul Gems to Julia". Soul Gems are deleted when the event ends.
